JASA UKUR BINA was established in January, 1995 as a firm of Quantity Surveyors and Cost Consultants.

 

JASA UKUR BINA offer professional services at an early stage in the planning of a building project and preferably no later than the time the Architect or Civil Engineer is appointed.  Advice at this stage enables a realisitic estimate of expenditure to be made and maintained during the design process so that the client obtains the best value for money.

 

The Company is registered with the Board of Quantity Surveyors under Permit No. 1995/FP*0332 vide the Registration of Surveyors Act, 1967.

 

In addition to the above the company is also registered with Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia,.

 

The office is situated at No. 8, 1st Floor, Jalan SS20/10, Damansara Kim, *7400 Petaling Jaya,

Selangor Darul Ehsan.
