Every day was busy and filled with new adventures and experiences. I gained valuable knowledge about handling leaves and organizing events. The workplace culture was excellent, as everyone cared for and supported each other. The most challenging aspect of the job was managing unwanted files according to regulations and procedures. Updating data and dates manually for file management could also be tricky. The fast-paced work environment was rewarding, as completing unfinished tasks brought me a sense of satisfaction. Overall, working at Jabatan Agama Islam Melaka was positive, despite occasional conflicts.

I performed various administrative tasks as an assistant, such as answering phone calls from customers and contractors, updating administrative files, and managing operations at a mosque, kindergarten, religious primary school, and Arab secondary school. The management at these facilities was excellent, and the workers were cooperative and supportive in carrying out tasks and programs.
