He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ("FCCA UK") and member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants and holds a practicing certificate issued by Ministry of Finance in Malaysia. He has accumulated more than 15 years of audit experience in financial audits for public listed and non-public listed companies in property development, construction, investment holdings, manufacturing, real estate, trading and retail industries and in financial reporting, financial due diligence, internal control and process review engagements, initial public offerings, reverse take-over advisory, as well as Financial Reporting Standards and Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards conversion exercises in Malaysia.
