I have gained the ability to juggle multiple tasks by working in various departments, and have learned to efficiently manage my time to meet deadlines. The management team provides the freedom to explore new areas outside of my job responsibilities. The most challenging aspect of the job is navigating different departments as a newcomer, but the most rewarding part is the opportunity to learn something new every day.
