I have gained a lot of knowledge about the working hours based on typical office hours. The company observes all public holidays, which is a positive aspect. The management is satisfactory, but the HR department is understaffed with only one person, causing delays. Despite this, it is a good place to work, although the commute is quite long, taking approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes each day due to the distance from my house.
