All staff are friendly and like family, supporting each other. Everyone communicates with each other even though their seats are far apart. The work environment is relaxed, and if anyone needs help, they can request it. When stressed, one can go to the kitchen to grab a snack and make coffee or take a break to play chess with the boss. After that, they can continue working. There are flexible working hours, as long as the required hours are completed and the work is finished. And most importantly, if there are any issues, they can be discussed openly.

The staff in the intern team are treated the same as regular staff, with equal work distribution and the ability to ask the boss directly if they have any questions. Every month, there are company activities such as dining out, and celebrations for birthdays or other occasions. New employees are also welcomed with celebrations.
