Job description:

AI Marketing Operations Executive

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Job Purpose :

To run the marketing department's output using an AI agent system. This role builds, manages, and supervises AI agents (on Relevance AI, a no-code platform) that produce the bulk of our marketing work, while the executive acts as the human-in-the-loop: validating quality, approving what goes live, and handling the creative work AI cannot do, such as recording and editing videos. The goal is for one person to carry the productivity of a full marketing function through AI, generating leads up to the point of contact before passing them to the Sales team.

What Makes This Role Different :

This is not a traditional content or social media job. The bulk of production is handled by AI agents that you build and manage. Your value is in orchestrating that system, judging whether the output is good enough to publish, and producing the hands-on work AI cannot. If you want to spend all day writing captions and making posters by hand, this is not the role. If you want to run a system that produces the work of an entire department, it is.

The principle behind this role: you must understand marketing before you can manage AI that does marketing. We are not hiring someone to press buttons. We are hiring someone with real marketing judgment who uses AI to multiply their output. You can only tell whether the AI did a good job if you already know what good looks like.

Key Responsibilities :

AI system orchestration (core of the role)

Build, configure, and improve AI agents on Relevance AI to produce marketing deliverables (social posts, SEO content, campaign assets, design drafts).
Operate the human-in-the-loop workflow: review agent output, approve or reject, and only publish work that meets our standard.
Monitor agent performance and continuously refine workflows so output quality and reliability improve over time.

Quality control (you must know good from bad)

Validate the quality of AI-produced work across design, SEO, social media, and content. This requires genuine marketing understanding, because you can only judge whether the AI did a good job if you know what good looks like in the first place.
Ensure all output is on-brand, accurate, and fit for the target audience (Malay-first B2C on Threads, professional English B2B on LinkedIn).

Hands-on production (what AI cannot do)

Record and edit video content for TikTok and other platforms. AI tools may assist with editing, but you must be able to edit video yourself.
Create posters and promotional materials manually when agent output falls short or a task needs a human touch.
Be comfortable presenting on camera.

Lead generation and handoff

Build and maintain the company's online presence across the website (SEO) and social platforms (LinkedIn, Threads).
Capture leads into the shared client database and pass interested prospects to the Sales team for closing.
Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages on social media, redirecting interested enquiries to Sales.
