Job Duties: -

• Study in details technically of construction drawing & scope of works
• Obtain quotations from suppliers/sub-contractors.
• To prepare contracts, budgets & BQ.
• Prepare & evaluate work orders claim.
• To liaise with project team, client, consultant & sub-contractors.
• Responsible for pre & post contract management, materials, cost, site evaluation, variation order & final accounts.
• Negotiation on materials or project quotations.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by superior.
