I have had the pleasure of working with one of the most effective management teams compared to my previous experiences. I felt comfortable sharing my ideas and feedback with them, and they were always willing to listen. My peers provided me with proper guidance, and they were a fun and friendly group to work with. I reported directly to the CEO, which provided me with a valuable learning experience. While some implementations could have been improved, overall, everything else was satisfactory. I particularly enjoyed the client networking aspect of my role, as I enjoy meeting new people.
