Responsibilities

Required to handle both design & build and tender RFQ
Required to have strong sourcing capability and contacts
Assist design and project department on pitching and awarded job especially on technical and mechanical knowledge.
To control on each project margin and profit.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Any Field.
Required languages(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
At least 8 Year(s) and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably experience in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets and reports.
Experience in handling commercial/corporate clients will be added advantage.
Able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
