We are specialist and expert in the online and off-line marketing service platform. A lot of campaign and complimentary business events will be held to attract more customers, through Facebook, WhatsApp, WeChat and etc... We are going to utilize all these online platforms for advertisement to attract awareness.

 

All owners and their guests will enjoy Maximum 10 days / 9 nights Free Stay within a year in our managed property. All they need to do is to give an advance notice to our team and we will ensure that you can spend your time with your friends and family members in this wonderful place whenever you like while still making profit at the same time.

 

A Business and Property Owner Income Report will be sent to all owners by a proper format every quarterly. All transaction records such as monthly guest check-in list, expenses, promotions, maintenance, account balance, salary pay-out and owner account status will be listed in the report.

 

Our goal and vision is to maximize owner profit and provide good customer service. Property owners get 50% of the gross profit. Rental of the reception lobby, monthly expenses such as cleaning and housekeeping service, recpetion service, utilities i.e water and electricity and room accessories etc will be borne by us.
