The head of the contract department is professional, knowledgeable, and willing to share her experience and skills. The management is friendly and often treats us to lunch at nice restaurants. The workplace culture is peaceful, with a modern office layout. I appreciate the coffee machinery for daily use and enjoy the monthly birthday celebrations in the lovely pantry area. The most challenging and enjoyable part of the job is tender preparation, where I have learned a lot about contract knowledge and cost calculation in the construction industry in Malaysia. There are many opportunities for career development for those who are proactive and ambitious.
