The experienced employees at the company were very supportive and gave the trainee opportunities to make decisions when dealing with clients' requests for room reservations or event hall bookings. The trainees were able to interact with clients on their own, which helped improve their communication skills in negotiating verbally or in writing. Additionally, I had the chance to take on tasks from both the administration and front desk when there was a shortage of employees due to high turnover.
