HARMONIC SECURITY ENGINEERING (HSE) was registered in July 2002 as a specialist in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Services to meet the increasing demand from the residential and commercial sectors for security systems. 

  

HSE had actually been operating for the last twenty one years under the name of our parent company - Harmonic AV Centre.  The separation was decided in 2002 as both lines of businesses (i.e. security systems and sale of audio visual  products) have experienced significant growth over the years. 

 

Our services included CCTV, SMATV, Video / Audio Intercom,Burglar Alarm,Auto Gate, Barrier Gate & Autopay System, Door Access & Lift Access Control, Home  Office Automation System and Others.
