HAOQIANG CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SDN. BHD.

(a)To carry on the business as developers, builders, main contractors, sub-contractors, repairers and designers for all types of buildings, property, infrastructure and industrial works including but not limited to residential buildings, offices, hotels, commercial complex, roads, bridges, railways, metro railways, dams, hydropower plants, coal power plants, chemical plants, pipelines etc. and among other things to design, construct, execute, carry out, equip, improve, develop, administer, maintain, manage all things capable of being used therewith in the engineering and construction related industries and work of all kinds including public works, conveniences and facilities for supply of water, petrol, gas, electric and other supplies to houses, buildings, erections of all kinds of structures, fields and any other facilities.

(c)To carry on the business as investment holding company and to set up consortium for the purpose to participate, invest, acquire, sale, lease and let any property, tangible and intangible asset as owner or invest either in its own name or in that of nominee to hold on behalf shares, stocks, debenture stocks, bonds, notes, obligations and securities issued or guaranteed by any government, sovereign ruler, commissioners, public body or authority, supreme, dependent, municipal, local or otherwise.
