The employer is a very kind individual, and I salute him for that. The manager is also kind and always looks out for the staff, enforcing discipline and teaching important moral values in the workplace. For instance, he provides advice when I make a mistake so that I can learn from it. The human resource department is also very effective in managing the employees.
