GS Realty (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 2010 and is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents of Malaysia as a recognized Real Estate Agency.

 

The business was founded in a rented 2-storey shoplot located near the heart of Malaysia; Mahkota Cheras in Kuala Lumpur. Within 2 years, the rapid growth of the company contributed to GS Realty expanding into a larger wholly-owned property in Fraser Business Park, located 2.5 Kilometers from the city’s central business district.

 

Since the inception, GS Realty has grown to be one of Malaysia’s largest Real Estate Agencies with a myriad of branch offices and representatives throughout Malaysia and partners in ASEAN countries and other places around the world.

 

The company is helmed by a high caliber Management Team supported by qualified and highly experienced Negotiators.
