Quality Assurance Engineer

I attend the morning meeting daily to discuss the day's production and address any issues from the previous day with other departments. We also talk about rejected products and brainstorm solutions. This role has taught me the importance of making decisions in tough situations and guiding operators as an engineer. My colleagues have been very supportive. The most challenging aspect of the job is making decisions independently and taking risks.

I am currently employed here inspecting and sorting out rejected products before sending them to customers in another country. This job has taught me about discipline, patience, and following procedures. The management is satisfactory and the company culture is positive. The most challenging aspect is lifting heavy machinery, while the most enjoyable part is working in a comfortable environment with good facilities.
