Ever since I became a part of the global peace organization, I have noticed growth in the NGO's influence. We have expanded the number of people we help and the programs we offer to have a comprehensive impact on the orang asli communities. The management also offers flexible working arrangements, which has been crucial for me as a mother. While transitioning from a corporate job has required some adjustment, I have been given the space and support needed to develop at my own pace.
