Global 360 are looking for a dynamic Professional Services Consultant to help realize and drive Global 360’s growing professional services business. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring organizations are able to maximise their investment in Global 360 solutions. You will be liaising with customers to gain a real understanding of their business needs and drivers. Excellent communications skills to help build effective relationships with customers and partners alike are essential. You will be pro-active, technically aware and professional. You will have an in depth technical understanding of the Global 360 product range and understand how these technical features can be used to deliver maximum solution value. You will also be required to analyse and articulate business requirements for translation to a sound technical design. Additionally your experience in managing projects from inception to implementation will be highly regarded as will your experience managing other team members consisting of internal staff, sub-contractors and implementation partners.
