ABOUT GLENHILL CAPITAL SDN BHD

We are the first Private Equity firm in Sabah. Our goal is to become one of Malaysia’s most successful Private Equity firm by delivering high returns to our investors.

Our focus is in medium to long-term investments across South East Asia. We are passionate to invest in investments that we can understand by exercising majority control or 100% equity acquisition through buyouts, distress asset acquisition or capital restructuring exercises. We are also able to assist management team that intend to conduct a Management Buyout (MBO) on their current companies.

The founder of Glenhill Capital has wide experiences in Fund Management, Investment Banking and Private Equity and his last position as Head of the Private Equity Unit of a local bank based in Kuala Lumpur.

Glenhill Capital is backed by a team consisting of individuals who are CEO’s or ex-CEO’s with proven track record in large financial institutions as well as from other industries. These individuals are able to add value on our investment due to their experiences, networks and knowledge.

We are in growth mode. We are currently recruiting ambitious and like-minded individuals to achieve our ambition to become a premier Private Equity firm.
