OUR COMPANY:

Gina Green Packaging Sdn Berhad is the largest compressed wooden pallet block manufacturer in Malaysia. We have been in the timber processing industry for more than 30 years.

We are the FIRST Company in West Malaysia to produce ISPM #15 EXEMPTED compressed wood pallet components. We commenced production in July 2009 with a 500m3/month production capacity in Masai, JB, Johor.

In 2011, we started our Plant 2 within a 4-acre factory in Bandar Tenggara, Kulai, Johor. With this new plant with production output of 2000m3 per month, we are exporting our pallet block to all over Asia 

Product & Services

As the tropical forest become lesser in the world, compressed wooden pallet block will be the next best probably substitute for the traditional wooden block made from saw timber. Our Pallet Block is made from tropical hard wood fibers using a high-pressure and high-temperature process. It is equal to natural sawn timber but better as:

• 100% environment friendly – made from wood waste.

• Accuracy and standard density – because of stable measurement & density.

• Export Ready – Our product is ISPM 15 Exempted “Processed Wood Material”, which is ready for export without further fumigation and heat treatment.
