Throughout the 13-week period, I had the chance to enhance my abilities in various areas such as work ethics, communication, safety protocols, and management. My responsibilities included serving as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries from staff, handling phone calls and emails, maintaining an Asset Database, tracking changes, and escalating unresolved issues to the infrastructure support team. Additionally, I was required to log all calls and problems in the LANDESK IT Business Management System.
