It is a JV company between China Barrington Group and Beijing Fullrich Information Technology Co Ltd that offers State of the Art cashless technology that include independent R&D capacity, Internet and mobile payment, smart banking solution, risk management, Big Data Analytics, Anti-Money Laundering, P2P network loan, Cyber Security and other programs.
