Our brand, Foret Blanc means white forest in French.

We began our baking journey by specialising in making French-style cakes and pastries such as entremet (French mousse cakes), macarons, and chocolates. We also bake yummy cheesecakes, butter cakes, and fluffy, moist fresh cream sponge cakes. Our passion for baking and artisan edible art has also led us to make a wide range of designer cakes and pastries, which you can see from our portfolio of work on our website and Instagram.
