I share my knowledge and work at Flofuel Sdn Bhd in the Finance and Admin Department located in Lembah Jaya Selatan, Ampang, Selangor. Flofuel is an oil and gas company that is a vendor for SHELL Malaysia. My responsibilities include managing technician and customer calls. I communicate with technicians nationwide, providing them with valuable information and timely feedback. Speed is crucial in this role, as any delays can lead to issues with our main customer, SHELL Malaysia. I also collaborate with the JCI Shell team on matters such as operation, billing, and station breakdowns. I ensure that accurate and detailed information is provided regarding technician tasks and progress for precise evaluation.
