The Association of Finance Companies Malaysia (AFCM) and the Association of Hire Purchase Companies of Malaysia (AHPCM) formed Financial Information Sdn. Bhd. in 1986.

Financial Information Services Sdn. Bhd. (FIS) was incorporated in 1986 by Association of Finance Companies of Malaysia (AFCM) and Association of Hire-Purchase Companies of Malaysia (AHPCM). 

Our company is a holding company providing services for its subsidiaries on outsourcing of hardware and software development and the subsidiaries are principally involved in the business of credit reporting, gateway integration and information services, mainly for the purpose of collecting and circulating to the associations' members any commercial, financial and other relevant information pertaining to the business carried on by them.
