We are an established Boutique Valuation Consultancy firm providing complete professional services to all individuals, corporate clients from residential and major development projects to corporate valuation and consultancy of retail, commercial and industrial logistic warehousing properties as well as project marketing to commercial estate agency services.

Our Company has successfully secured property valuation, estate agency transactions, property management and project consultancy projects worth billions of Ringgit. To-date, we have done eight REITS property portfolios out of 17 REITS in Malaysia and we continue to carry out property valuation regularly and yearly for REITS, Public-Listed Companies and overseas corporate clients, for acquisition and disposal, Securities Commission, BURSA Announcements and yearly accounting purposes.
