Our objective is to build a property portfolio that generates adequate rental yield as well as capital return over a medium and long term period.

It’s our mission to maintain and improve the occupancy and net property income within the portfolio of properties through timely asset enhancements and improving operating efficiency to reduce cost. From time to time, we would carry out selective acquisition of yield accretive properties which meets the Company's investment objective.
