Fazs Food Ventures is a company owned by Datin Fazleen Binti Mat Taha and Shahir Khalid. Prior to our embarkation into the F&B industry, we have been partners in a facility management company named Ikha Ventures Sdn. Bhd.

 

Everyone has to start somewhere, and for us, we believe that a start is all we need to achieve success no matter the industry we are in. Ikha Ventures started over a decade ago, with experience in facilities management, energy services, construction, trading and consultancy. We have established ourselves to be in position to offer supreme value and excellence that is highly demanded in the tough grinding market of construction and facilities management. Proudly awarded the G7 grade under the CIDB of Malaysia and owning a full bumiputra status, Ikha Ventures have successfully completed more than 50-projects domestically at a value in excess of over RM200 million.

 

It is our vision to continue being a total solution provider in all business sector, hence the recent investment into the F&B industry through our subsidiary company Fazs Food Ventures, with a brand that no longer requires any introduction - Tealive. We believe in quality of delivery, and we have set standards in whatever that we have put our hands in. We believe in the quality and efficiency of the products and services under the brand Tealive, and we visualize that with our experience and the brand we carry, we will bring value to not only the customers of ours, but also to our host - Sunway Geo Avenue.
