Top management at Experian puts in a lot of effort to create a positive work environment, but turnover in my team is high due to ineffective line managers who lack the necessary skills and knowledge to manage stakeholders' expectations. These managers often take credit for their staff's performance without rewarding them with recognition or opportunities for advancement. Incompetent managers who prioritize appearances over staff development are unlikely to groom their employees for future success. Despite their own shortcomings, they are quick to criticize their staff and focus on minor mistakes. This behavior is unprofessional and unethical, and contrasts with the overall positive reputation of the company and top management.
