The job involves working on electrical wiring and servicing air conditioners, with a focus on monthly maintenance at factories or industries. Through this work, I have gained experience in power and control cabling, as well as installation of fittings. I have also learned about switch board design and internal wiring. Additionally, I have experience in routine maintenance of air conditioners and chillers, as well as implementing energy-saving systems by replacing old refrigerants with more efficient gases. The management may face challenges due to a lack of experienced executives, and employees may encounter difficulties when jobs extend into the night without overtime pay.
