ENDEAVOUR TRADING SDN. BHD. was established in 1997, we have been in the furniture industry for more then 10 years acting as Buying and Sourcing Agents/Advisor. Solely specialize in import and export of furniture, we have our agents stationed in China, Vietnam, Indonesia and our headquarters in Malaysia. Experienced and vast knowledge in choice of material, ways of production, design & structure, distribution concepts and consumer tendencies allows us to provide the best choice and solution for our clients.

 

1. SOURCING OF GOODS

Our accumulated network of suppliers from China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam allow us to offer any furniture from bedroom sets, office chairs, sofas to outdoor furniture like rattan and hardwood furniture. By providing us with the requirements we will be able to search our library or even send our agents to hunt from the current market for the most suitable piece of furniture as requested.

2. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Certain companies prefer to have their own designs, we can source and co-operate with our network of associated factories to develop the goods as the designs provided.

3. ON SITE SERVICES

Arranging visits and appointments with suppliers and factories for buyer if needed. Buyers will be accompanied by our agents to factory or showroom visits.

4. NEGOTIATION WITH SUPPLIERS

Acting on behalf of our buyers, our agents provided with the buyer’s request will negotiate and interpret with suppliers in terms of pricing, quality, material, design and modifications.

5. PLACING OF ORDER

When everything is confirmed, orders will be placed by us on behalf once we receive deposits.

6. OUALITY CONTROL

Goods will be checked by our quality control team before shipment to assure design, quality, material used, structure and safe packing.

7. SHIPMENT

Shipments for each order shall be arranged by us according to buyers appointed shipping line or agent.

8. DOCOMENTATION

Shipping Documents is prepared according to different countries requirements and to buyer’s request.
