E Bake Supplies Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 2007.  The founder is an industry specialist in the confectionery, bakery and pastry markets who has started his career in the late 1970's and was trained in the vocation by a world renowned confectionery and bakery total product, ingredient and  technical support provider.  His competency has been in the research and development of new products, solutions and technical supports to cater the  needs of key accounts in the Malaysia confectionery, bakery and pastry markets.  His contribution has been well recognized in the industry in particular by the bakery market throughout Malaysia.

 

Our trading products are Premixes and concentrates for confectionery, pastry and breads, cake and bread emulsifier and improvers, margarine for confectionery, pastry and breads.  Besides trading products we also help our customers in maintaining and improving their product quality, to provide and foresee new product development such as providing technical advice on formulations and process.  We are looking into providing other niche products to the baking industry in the near future.

 

Our customers are well spread and there are from cake houses, bakery, confectionery, biscuits manufacturers and flour mill.  Our source of lsupply comes from a combination of foreign and  domestic suppliers.

 

With globalization and reduction in duty and taxes, there is huge potential for the company to export into  newly opened up economy.
