Dynac Energy Sdn Bhd (DESB, formerly Dynac Engineering Sdn Bhd) was established in 1996 with primary activities are for design and manufacturing of heat exchangers and process equipment, i.e.: Air-Cooled Heat Exchanger (ACHE), Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger (STHE) and pressure vessel (PV), for domestic and international O&G industry market.

With over 25 years' experience, DESB is very familiar with the applicable international Codes and Standards; and customers' requirements, needs and expectation, with wide range of experience for various type of materials such as CS, CS-LT, CS-HIC, SS, DSS, SDSS, Alloy 825 and Alloy 625.

DESB quality system is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015; authorized to apply ASME U and U2 Certification Marks for manufacture of pressure vessels in accordance with ASME Codes; DOSH License as certified Competent Firm (FYK) as manufacturer (PVM01) and repairer (PVR01) of pressure vessels.

DESB has an excellent and professional team equipped with complete design software [such as HTRI (heat exchanger thermal design), PV Elite (PV mechanical design), STAADPro (structural) and Autodesk Inventor Nastran (FEA)]; and manufacturing facilities to meet industry needs.

Among major clients are PCSB, MRC, PGB, SSB, EMEPMI, MLNG, PPTSB, SapuraOMV, CPOC, MMHE, Ranhil-Worley, Sapura Energy (SEB), Samsung (SECL), Dialog E&C, Toyo E&C and Axens.
