I am currently studying Menu Analysis, Customer service, Standard Operating Procedure Food and beverages at Dunkin's. I have excelled as a team player during events. The management at Dunkin is excellent, as I receive my monthly salary on time. The workplace culture is positive, with friendly staff, good teamwork, and strong leadership from my manager. The most challenging aspect is dealing with difficult customers and ensuring food is prepared quickly. The most enjoyable part is when our net sales exceed our budget sales.
