Syarikat Pesaka Antah Sdn Bhd (SPA) was formed on 30th July 1974. SPA is owned by the members of the Negeri Sembilan Royal Family. The company is named after His Royal Highness Tuanku Antah who was the sixth Yang Dipertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan between 1872 and 1888. Tuanku Antah is the great-grandfather of the state’s present ruler, His Royal Highness Tuanku Ja’afar ibni Al-Marhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman. Syarikat Pesaka Antah is an investment holding company with a number of subsidiary companies investing in the field of property development, information technology, financial and other general services.
