We are opening our studio doors in Kapar, Selangor, specifically looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and camera-confident talents to join us as TikTok Live Hosts!
NO EXPERIENCE? WE TRAIN YOU FROM SCRATCH!
You do not need prior live streaming, broadcasting, or retail experience. All you need is positive energy, passion, and an eagerness to learn. Our professional in-house trainers will guide you step-by-step from zero: • Vocal projection, pacing, and engaging intonation techniques.
• Mastering camera confidence, facial expressions, and natural presence.
• Secrets to styling, demonstrating, and selling Desince fashion apparel effectively.
MODERN STUDIO ENVIRONMENT & COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT:
• Modern Air-Conditioned Studios: Fully equipped with high-resolution streaming equipment, dedicated studio smartphones, and professional ring lighting.
• Dedicated Standby Crew: You are never on your own! Our technical crew, comment moderators, and sample coordinators are always right beside you to support your live session.
• Structured Streaming Slots: Sessions are planned in comfortable 2-to-3-hour blocks with ample rest breaks in between to keep your energy high.
• High Earning Potential: Enjoy competitive base compensation plus attractive, uncapped sales commissions (GMV)!

1. TikTok Live Host / E-Commerce Streamer (Full-Time)
• Basic Salary: RM 2,200 – RM 3,300 per month (Commensurate with talent & personality)
• Sales Commission (GMV): 0.5% – 1.5% of live sales GMV (Total monthly earnings potential: RM 4,500 – RM 7,500+)
• Additional Allowances:
Full Attendance Allowance: Up to RM 300 / month
Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM 500 / month
Skill Tier Allowance: RM 600 – RM 2,300 / month
• Company Benefits: Full EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions, paid annual leave, panel clinic medical coverage, and 15% staff discount on all Desince fashion collections.
• Requirements: Open to SPM leavers, Diploma / Degree holders, or Fresh Graduates. Fluent in conversational Bahasa Malaysia (English is an added advantage), high energy, cheerful, and interactive. Full studio training provided!
2. TikTok Live Host (Part-Time)
• Hourly Rate: RM 15 – RM 20 per hour
• Sales Commission (GMV): 3% direct sales commission on live session sales GMV!
• Flexible Schedule: Structured in 2-to-3-hour streaming slots per session.
• Requirements: Ideal for university/college students, aspiring content creators, or individuals seeking active extra income based on flexible availability.
