When I first joined Danajamin, it was a newly established organization with a singular purpose and no clear direction. As a pioneer in the organization, I had the opportunity to showcase my knowledge and skills in my field. I was able to establish my own department, create standard operating procedures, hire staff, and implement systems. On a larger scale, I developed the company's terms of reference for various committees. My CEO provided me with a lot of autonomy, support, guidance, and a conducive environment to showcase my strengths. Despite the organization being small and new, the teamwork and relationships among staff were strong. Overall, I had a fantastic experience working at Danajamin.
