Despite facing numerous challenges during both the construction and post-construction phases, this company was able to successfully complete the project. In my experience working for this company, I have observed that the project contract was not favorable to Daewoo E&C. However, the challenges were tackled with determination. Working here has been a positive experience, as it requires independence in decision-making and the managers are supportive.
