Every day, I had to visit the TNB Electrical Substation and conduct scans for any malfunctioning equipment, then submit a report to TNB. The management is efficient. The most challenging aspect is the need to constantly stay alert due to the high voltage.

A typical work day starts at 8.00am. On Tuesdays, all staff gather for an assembly and exercise session. Thursdays involve each department following the 5S principles. I have gained valuable insights into the working environment and responsibilities of the account receivable section. My colleagues are supportive and friendly. The most challenging task was moving old documents to the container, but it turned out to be enjoyable. The best part of the job is meeting and befriending students from various universities.
