Key Responsibilities

Contract Administration

Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions (PAM, JKR, Design & Build, EPCC).
Identify contractual risks and provide commercial strategies.
Prepare tender clarifications and commercial submissions.
Draft and manage subcontract agreements and supplier contracts.

Claims & Commercial Management

Prepare and manage Extension of Time (EOT) submissions with supporting documents (critical path analysis, chronology of events, delay impact).
Evaluate and negotiate variation orders (VO), claims, and final accounts.
Monitor project costs, progress claims, and cashflow.
Handle contractual correspondence including COI (Confirmation of Instruction) and claim notifications.

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years experience in construction contract administration.
Experience in piling, foundation, or infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of PAM, JKR or design & build contracts.
Experience in handling EOT, VO, claims and final accounts.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
