Costa Coffee is A Total Coffee Company with 3 Platforms; Serve, Self-Serve, FMCG and 6 propositions Serve (Retail), Serve (PTS), Self-Serve (Express), Self Serve (PTS), FMCG (RTD), FMCG (At Home).

We are presence in 32 countries with more than 4,000 retail stores, more than 12,000 Self-Serve Express machines and more than 5,000 PTS machines in the world.

In Malaysia, our business began with Self-Serve Express since 5 years ago. Our Self-serve Express machines (Smart Cafe) are available in multiple channels like Petrol station, Hypermarket, Cinema, Convenient Shop, Bakery, Office Building and Residential in the country, The business in Malaysia continue to expand, we are looking for great talents that passionate about coffee, strong entrepreneur mindset and looking for opportunity to grow with the business.
