We are a boutique consultancy with regional interest with a division in Executive Search and Selection based in Kuala Lumpur for South East Asia proven in various industry specialties and vertical niches.

History
    1994, Established through various partnerships and joint ventures by way of retained fee based consultancy specialising in the retail, manufacturing, property and plantation, banking and finance, hospitality, food and beverages, and information technology industries; headquartered in Kuala Lumpur.
    1996, successfully established and executed strategic alliance with Dairy Farms, Inc. in sourcing, developing and executing a 3 year retail expansion programme.
    1999, Successfully established and deployed project and management teams over 5 countries: Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, India and the USA.
    2000, Acquired and adopted the CIA brand.
    2004, established Executive Search and Talent Acquisition portfolio; notable clients include CIMB Group, Hong Leong Financial Group, Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Bhd, AmInvestment Group Bhd, including non-Financial Services Groups including MMC Corporation Bhd, Proctor & Gamble and Sapura Group.
    2008, established Education and Academic related services portfolio, to include design and development of student and talent acquisition programmes.
    2009, successfully developed and deployed expatriate relocation services, and labour management & deployment services for various corporates and services
