The Group was formed in 1994 and was initially involved in businesses such as commodity trading, real estate and financial consultancy. From October 2014 the Group embarked into the Renewable Energy Industry principally under Concord Green Energy Sdn Bhd, Concord Renewable Energy Sdn Bhd, Concord Biotech Sdn Bhd and Concord Biogas Sdn Bhd.
