CNCData has partnered with Smart Data Solutions (A division of Smart Galleria) in Singapore along with selected partners in Asia Pacific to continually update the content. All database management and operational activity is managed centrally from Singapore.

Almost one hundred Data Research Officers and Tele Data Verification Officers leverage multiple sources to find new records, update existing records and eliminate duplicates every day. We then spend hundreds of hours conducting telephone interviews to gather in-depth details about each company that is profiled. Exhaustive measures are taken to ensure that records are maintained at the highest quality. Upon completion of every updating phase, the updated records or newly created records will go through a series of computer and manual checks to guarantee the accuracy of our data and adherence to strict quality standards.

We perform daily data cleansing and updating exercise from our dedicated data management centers in Singapore, Malaysia and China.
