I have quickly learned various data systems due to my strong foundation in the basics. While the management may not be perfect, it is understandable. The most challenging aspect is keeping sales on track and monitoring agents to ensure they meet their targets. The most enjoyable moments are when all staff participate in events and work together to solve problems.
