Citric Chemical was founded in 2020 to cater to the increased need for cleaning products in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. During the pandemic, we worked diligently to produce cleaning products to meet the needs of the country and assisted the national demand by trading in other pandemic-related products.

As more companies entered the market for cleaning chemicals, sanitisers, and testing kits, availability increased and the worldwide shortage was alleviated. We moved towards process development and industrial production of high value fine chemicals for the international chemical industry.

Now in 2023, Citric Chemical has a fully equipped chemical laboratory, an analytical laboratory as well as full scale plant equipment for large scale synthesis. We also have a dedicated engineering suite for design and construction of novel chemical process equipment to meet the needs of each customer. Our rapid growth and success can be attributed to our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction and looks set to continue into the future.
