Chuang Yeh Construction (M) Sdn. Bhd (CYC) (Reg No. **0407-V) is well established since May 25th, 1984 and has more than 30 years in interior design and civil construction works for both residential and commercial projects.

CYC is registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) of Malaysia as G5 Contractor (Reg No : ***0912-PP**3019). CYC has successfully undertaken numerous projects for our clients from both the private and public sector.

OUR SERVICES :

A) ID Renovation and Retro-fitting works (Residential, Commercial & Heritage Buildings)

• We provide all renovation and refurbishment works on new and existing building including interior design & furniture works for offices, residential houses, shop houses, factories as well as heritage buildings restoration works.

B) Main Building Civil and Structural Construction Works

• We provide all civil and structural construction works for residential houses, commercial building, shop lots and factories.

C) Maintenance Works

• We provide maintenance works for residential/commercial buildings : repairing all defects on new and old buildings, painting works, roofing works, waterproofing, plumbing works etc.
