Bu & Co is a boutique corporate law firm offering a range of corporate and commercial legal services.

 

 

Together with our regional affiliates founded and staffed by experienced "Big Law" lawyers, with a particular focus on representing emerging growth companies and the innovation economy, we are best known for our 'cradle-to-exit' support for technology companies and venture investors, much like a Silicon Valley law firm, but in Asia.

 

 

Our goal is to offer legal services (and related support services) to clients in the most efficient manner possible consistent with maintaining a traditional attorney-client relationship and delivering high-quality work.

 

 

We act for clients across a range of Industry Sectors and have developed sector-focused groups which have invested in understanding the business models, opportunities and challenges specific to such sectors, especially for technology-influenced sectors such as FINTECH, LIFESCIENCES & HEALTHTECH, DIGITAL COMMERCE & PLATFORMS, DIGITAL MEDIA and SHARING ECONOMY. We also have extensive Practice Area specialisms from their prior roles with Big Law and in-house. The firm has significant capabilities across practice areas such as MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS, PRIVATE EQUITY, VENTURE CAPITAL, COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS, REGULATORY ADVICE and TECHNOLOGY TRANSACTIONS.
